Alison invited me to pre sessions meets via zoom to explore my individual needs and challenges I was experience. Alison is an incredibly warm and friendly practitioner and immediately made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She helped alleviate anxiety about the process and explained to me how hypnotherapy works.
You are given a tape recording to get used to the experience followed up by an intensive hypnosis session. This was a lot more relaxing than a thought it would be, and I felt in safe space the entire time. Post session Alison sent me my personalised recording which I listened to before bed for a few weeks. We had a post session to catch up on impact and Alison was always prompting me to contact her if I needed support with the process.
