Hello and a warm welcome to my site, I know at this point you are probably feeling quite daunted or even overwhelmed at taking the first step to change what is holding you back or making you unhappy. I totally understand having been in your shoes once upon a time.
With that in mind I have made my site simple but informative so that you can have a browse and find out a little more about hypnotherapy and what treatments I can offer. However if there is anything at all you want to ask me that may not be on the site, please don't hesitate to call me or email me. I will answer your question without any pressures at all to commit to anything. After all I can only help if you are 100% sure you want to change or improve your life.

I run my practice from home so there is complete anonimity and of course everything you discuss with me is in complete confidence even if you only want to ask me a question.
I also offer free 1 hr taster sessions to show you more about hypnotherapy and the power of your wonderful mind if you wish to know more before you commit to anything. I can accommodate up to 3 people at a time if you don't want to come alone or feel understandably apprehensive.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
There are many Reasons why you may struggle with managing your weight, overeating, eating when not hungry, binging, and food addictions. There is usually an underlying emotional factor that triggers this behaviour pattern. During your weight loss sessions, we will look to identify these triggers and re-programme your mind to achieve your goals. I will also work with you to boost your motivation and build your self-confidence as part of the programme.

Hypno Gastric Band Therapy, is a non-surgical procedure and perfectly safe. Whilst under hypnosis your mind is convinced that you have had the procedure, which in turn will make you feel full very quickly. I will also as part of the programme work with you to boost motivation, self-confidence, and portion control.

Hypno Gastric Band Price for complete programme: £250
This comprises of 2x 1-hour sessions and 1x 2hour session.

SMOKING CESSATION
Smoking Is only a habit believe it or not. All habits are learned so all can be unlearned. During the session we will understand your triggers and any underlying factors as to why you smoke, and re-programme your mind to never want to smoke again without the battle of temptation.
Please note you really must want to stop smoking before you consider booking a session.

STRESS MANAGEMENT/ANXIETY/SELF -ESTEEM
Stress/Anxiety/Low self-esteem can be caused by many internal or external triggers or experiences unforeseen, overtime if left to build or left unmanaged it can really take its toll on your wellbeing. I will be able to help you understand and identify your triggers and give you the tools to be able to cope with your anxiety and stress by yourself in a calm and effective way.
