Working with Dale was absolutely fantastic. My job requires me to present in front of my team and clients. I am an introverted person, and most of the time, I am very quiet. In a foreign country, sometimes it's even more challenging due to cultural differences. To improve my leadership skills, I decided to seek help from a coach. So I started my research but none of the coaches resonated with me. When Carole contacted me I instantly felt and knew that she was the coach I was looking for. I saw the prominent slogan on her website: "Silent Movers and Shakers," just a few words, but it seemed to touch my soul. With Carole, I didn’t just get access to knowledge and effective methods, but I've also constantly explored my true self throughout the learning process. Despite facing setbacks in the past, my original desire has never changed: I've always wanted to know who I am, what I want to do, and how I want to experience this life. I'm now getting closer and closer to my true self. I believe I haven't just learned leadership skills but also embarked on a journey of self-discovery. To me, the time and money invested in self-improvement is the best investment you make in your lifetime. I'm very grateful that Carole appeared in my world creating the space for me to see my own brilliance and get ready to grow to a whole new level.
