I've been training with George for 3 months now and hands down this is the best decision I've made for my health and wellbeing. George listened to my goals and put together a wholistic and targeted plan for me that would suit my busy lifestyle. Utilising the virtual training app to stay connected between our coaching sessions has meant I've stayed accountable to my dietary and fitness tasks. From the first week of working together I started gaining more energy and losing weight and centimeters from my waistline - something that has not happened in a very long time ! I can't say enough good things about this gym! Yes, it's at a higher price point, but it's worth every penny. The quality of training is top-notch, and the coaches truly care about your progress. The coaches will tailor your training program to meet your needs for your sport or goals. In the past 5 months of my time here, my coach Brendon has progressively allocated me more and more difficult training programs, and it’s easy to see my improvements in strength and also quality of life in general, which was such a bonus. I feel that GT fitness’ training approach is very holistic, which is something I really appreciate. If you're looking for a place where you'll not only get fit but also feel supported and have a great time doing it, I highly recommend this gym! Bonus, they also have the cutest gym dog, Ronnie
