When I left my executive jobs the feedback I got was that people were going to miss me as their boss as I had been the reason that they had developed and progressed. I decided that this was something I really enjoyed and got satisfaction from. So I decided to start a business that left behind all my technical knowledge and focussed on the personal side but with a business background.

I found Susy through Bark back in September and cannot see myself ceasing our catch ups anytime soon. Her approach to coaching is ideal for me as I do identify as neurodivergent and sometimes find connecting to people and opening up a challenge - but her general demeanour is very warm, comforting and understanding. Her sense of humour absolutely helps me connect and she has a way of explaining how things work, or prompting me to think deeper, in a way my brain can understand. I’ve never felt uncomfortable asking for clarification or reassurance, and any additional resources she has shared has been genuinely helpful (and not some 150 page essay written by someone who needs to put down the thesaurus). I highly recommend Susy to anyone wanting to better themselves or simply just open up about their struggles (or wins) in a safe space. I would give more stars if I could!
