In 2022, I transitioned from academia and research to the industry, which presented various challenges as I adapted to a completely new environment. Being an expatriate in Australia added an extra layer of complexity, and entering a male-dominated industry intensified the adjustment process. Throughout much of 2023, having Sarah as a coach proved invaluable. She excelled as a listener, guiding me from emotional reactions towards more fact-based reasoning, and ultimately helping me discover my voice, confidence, and authentic self in my new surroundings, which I now enjoy a lot. I highly recommend her services if you need someone who makes you feel supported, even when she isn't physically present.

We recently worked with Bel through our company head office and I found her illuminating. Bel was really focused on helping each of us as individuals to work together as a team so we could have a more productive and pleasant workplace.
