Eric is a soft natured yet confident individual. Working with him was such a pleasure. Eric is open to new ideas and flexible in terms of looking at new, and improved ways in which to do something. Thinking out of the box, exploring new types of designs and techniques seemed to play into his strengths, as no problem seemed to be difficult to overcome. Always willing to "fix" something on the plans and ever eager to meet up to discuss design, Eric was truly a pleasure to work with. I rated him highly simply because in today's market of wanting to be relevant and flexible, yet approachable, Eric met my expectatioms. I highly recommend him for the design of any project.
