It affected my mental health to such a degree that I tried to numb the strugfle of it with over achieving and overcompensating as a hustler and woman in society. It was truly God who pulled me out of that space. In my own healing and journey to health and purpose, I learned so much of myself that I never realized before. Helping others receive the type of peace I felt became a true passion for me. I got clear on what I wanted out of life and what was important to me. I went back to school and cracked down on how to achieve it without burning out. I now run a whole womens community dedicated to just that. Helping people gain clarity in life so they experience a peace and confidence they havent experienced before is truly a beautiful thing to witness.
