Searching for something "MORE" in your life? Whether it be more Peace, Comfort, Love, Self-Acceptance, or a desire to Let Go of any Habits, Fears, or Limiting Beliefs, Hypnosis can help. I use various modalities including customized programming, Parts Therapy, Regression Therapy, NLP, EFT, coaching, and more. I am a Certified Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist with over 500 hours of training from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, and a member of IAIH (International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists), IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists), and IMDHA (International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association). I enjoy working with a variety of cases and clients, and have a special affinity for working with people experiencing anxious feelings, fears, traumas. Other specialties include: medical conditions - anything from relaxing before a procedure to using hypnosis to reduce pain or discomfort. *Medical conditions require a physician's referral. I always offer a FREE 30 minute consult and provide other transformational modalities for relaxation/support including Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Training, Aromatherapy with doTERRA essential oils. My goal is to assist you in Transforming into the "YOU" you want to become. What does your "dream life" look like?

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy holding a compassionate space for my clients to be able to express whatever they need to and then watch them transform into who they really want to be (who they really always were) through the use of trance and techniques that I empower my clients to then utilize for themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I found a combination of alternative/complementary modalities to be the most instrumental in my own recovery from trauma. I searched long and hard and in many places to find a combination that supported all of my needs, and I wanted to make it easier for others going through similar experiences to be able to have these various modalities and techniques available in one location without having to search or travel all over.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because I respect and honor people wherever they are in life. I then empower my clients to be able to move through anything that is keeping them from what they want in life, giving them the tools and resources I have studied so that they can learn to excel on their own, though I remain always reachable.

Your professional life coach will be able to advise you on the full range of coaching available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted life coach today.

You can have as many or as few life coaching sessions as you like. Many life coaches operate over the phone or via the internet so the sessions can easily fit around your schedule. Some people hire a life coach once every few months, some people have a session once a week.

Life coaching sessions will typically last up to an hour. Often after an initial assessment, sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, over email, via Skype/Zoom and occasionally through instant messaging.

During the session, your life coach will ask you a number of questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself in the future. Although a life coach will work with you, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential.

Life coaching is focused on your present and your future. Coaching accepts your current reality and looks to improve your outcome moving forward. Life coaches are not health professionals and they do not diagnose you. By contrast, therapy focuses on your past and looks to delve into past actions and patterns. It is analytical but not action-oriented.

Most mainstream health insurance providers do not cover the costs of life coaching because it is not considered a mental health profession in the same way therapists and counsellors are.

Life coaches do not need to have any formal or academic qualifications but you may want to look for life coaches who possess an industry-specific qualification, such as the Life Coaching Diploma or Personal Performance Diploma (PPD).

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark, which shows you reviews from past customers who have used their life coaching services.

A life coach is a trained professional who aims to help and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strength and abilities. This can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential, managing health conditions and achieving life ambitions.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaches empower clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers.

Life coaches can specialise in one of these particular areas of coaching: career coaching, executive business, group coaching, health and wellbeing, performance management, personal development, relationships, retirement, spiritual and youth coaching.

Rapport is one of the most important parts of life coaching. If you feel uncomfortable with your professional, you are unlikely to gain much from the session. It is advisable to get in contact before you book a session to meet your life coach so you can gauge how comfortable you are in their presence. It is worth talking to a few potential life coaches and ask questions.

Yes! As long as you have a strong internet connection, then your life coach can deliver sessions via an online video chat platform. Alternatively, it can be done over the phone.
