We hired Nola and her team to cater our wedding at the Golden Gardens Bathhouse. She readily shared her experience and knowledge, which were very valuable, and she helped make the event a success. Everything flowed without any issues! We are very appreciative of her staff for helping in every step of the event, and making it move flawlessly. Nola's team is amazing!! We hired Nola's Catering for our wedding reception last month. I was really worried at first because I had no idea how much and what kind of food we would need, but Nola and her staff members were so good at helping me figure all those out and plan perfectly. The food tasted amazing, the service was awesome, and we got a lot of compliments about how good the catering team was. The team leader Tarrahan checked with me multiple times to make sure if I wanted any food or drinks. She also made sure to give us the cakes to taste before we forget! Nola and her staff just did the catering for mine and my husband's wedding. From the first correspondence with Alie, everything was well thought out and they even handled all of our rentals. We requested a plated dinner for 80 guests and Nola and her team delivered perfection in the execution of serving our guests. We chose a Thai theme of flavors and the pork tenderloin was delicious. Nola's is one of the best catering services I've ever worked with. She and her team prepared lunch for a workshop of 100 teachers on four consecutive days. Each day, the food was delicious, healthy, and included a vegan and gluten-free option. Her staff were timely, polite, patient, and attentive to details. Thank you so much for help and expertise! This review is very overdue. Nola and her crew made our Vashon wedding absolutely perfect. We had a somewhat untraditional wedding encouraging guest to eat and drink spontaneously both before and after the ceremony. We wanted the food to be delicious but hold up for the long serving time. Excellent!! Â Nola just catered my husband's 50th Birthday party at our home for 60 guests. She worked with me on the menu and was very flexible. Â She made a site visit prior to the event to discuss the layout, rentals, decor, staffing etc. Â She coordinated all the extras I asked for and was fine with me handling any aspects I wanted to. Â Her on site team was fabulous!! Food was DELICIOUS...we received tons of compliments. Â The majority of the ingredients in their dishes are organic...which is an added plus! Just absolutely amazing ! Amazing amazing ! Her and all of her crew amazing ! I have been a part of hundreds of weddings and they blew me away ! Anything I needed Nola was on it ! She saved the day with this Bride and Grooms entire wedding ! She and her entire crew so sweeet! They followed thru, amazing food, amazing service, just amazing ! Nola and her team just catered my wedding this past August and everything was amazing! More then we could have hoped for! I knew we wouldn't be the easiest couple to work with because we were on such a tight budget, but Nola helped us make it work ! The food was perfect and the staff was so friendly. They went above and  beyond to make everything perfect : ) I even have photos of one of her staff helping straighten my dress as I walk down the aisle! What a team haha. Nola and her staff just helped me throw a 50th birthday party for my husband. I hadn't planned a large catered event since my wedding, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I started talking with Nola, her extensive experience was obvious. Not only did she come up with a delicious menu, she also came to our home a month in advance and helped me decide how many tables to rent and the best way to do the layout. I felt the personal visit was above and beyond! The evening of the party, Nola and her staff arrived early and it was amazing watching them work. Not only were they extremely organized, but they worked together well and even went to the trouble of learning many of the guests' names and helped out by taking guests' coats and gifts. Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with Nola and her staff. The food was amazing, and although I had ordered extra, hoping to have leftovers, everything was devoured with many people going back for more! Nola obviously really enjoys what she does and it showed.I really can't recommend them highly enough. I called another caterer for a last minute housewarming party. Â They were busy and referred me to Nola. Â What good luck! !Three weeks later, friends are still asking "Who did the food?" Â Everyone loved it. Â The table was beautifully set. Â The staff was courteous and lovely and obviously experienced. We recently hired Nola to cater our wedding shower at Alki Arts.  She did a wonderful job with the food!  Not only did it taste great, the presentation was beautiful!  We told her what we were imagining and what our budget was and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined!  Nola was organized and  came up with some creative and  tasty ideas for our menu.  All of our guests were impressed and we will definitely be using her for our next Seattle event.
