We booked for about a 160 person wedding. The food, incredible. The service, immaculate. The working relationship, impeccable. I could not have asked for a better food service for our wedding. She easily accommodated four people due to dietary restrictions. She even went out of her way to make arrangements to fix an issue with a different vendor, at no cost to us. The Orange Rabbit catered our wedding out of town did a fabulous job! They also catered our rehearsal dinner the night before, all was amazing. Enough food, but most of all, the quality was out of this world. Lamb and salmon dinner was to die for. Cooked to perfection. Could not recommend enough, and communication was fantastic leading up to the event, that we felt that everything was covered. From the cutlery and glasses to the food, you ask them and they have an answer on how it can be done without you (the client) having to worry so you can focus on your event at hand! Tiffany is super responsive. When I met her I instantly wanted to book with her. We decided on a taco buffet. We sampled the carne asada and chicken. We liked the carne asada but not the chicken. Tiffany was great and packed it up to go for us since we didn’t have time to eat in on site. We decided to do carne asada and shrimp (did not try the shrimp before hand.) I liked the shrimp. I did have a guest complain about the shrimp saying it was over cooked and rubbery. So I wonder if it continued to cook while on the warmer? The adult guests liked the carne asada. I like things mild and it was extremely spicy. However we had a lot of children & I would not recommend this particular dish for kids. The carne asada I sampled before hand was not spicy. The delivery driver was very nice and set up quickly. Orange rabbit did end up delivering later then originally agreed upon but they made it in time for dinner and communicated that ahead of time. Due to unforeseen short staffing. When I brought up the spice level to Tiffany she made it right by giving back the gratuity which she said was a hit to the business & not the driver himself. Things happen and I’m happy with how Tiffany handled it. She seems very genuine. I liked the rice and corn salsa. There was a-lot of corn & salsa left over. We ordered for 120 people. The Orange Rabbit absolutely delivered to our ~60 guests on our wedding day (July 2022). Not only did they listen to exactly what I asked for, they also made stunning and delicious food. The graze board was the most beautiful I have ever seen, and the macaroni and cheese I requested was a huge hit. Tiffany is responsive, listened to our needs, and just made our day so so special.
