What’s your signature dish?
We are both originally from NC. Classically trained in all cuisine around the world. But there is nothing like good ole southern comfort food. From chicken and waffles, chopped bbq (pork, chicken, beef) , ambrosia salad, potato salad, if you can dream it we can cook it.
We love to do true fusions of multiple cultures and cuisines.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Sansinos we develop each menu specifically for that event.
We find our inspiration for menu from the our client. We factor in the client vision, needs, and location.
We can keep it all traditional or we do it fusions.
Both Chef's have multi-racial backgrounds.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy with great food.
Educating people on history of food, cultural foundations through food, flavors and how each culture has common ingredients and influences.
We all have one thing in common, We need to eat to live. Why not make each meal the best!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We opened Sansinos to provide people with happiness love, and passion through food. We both in cooperate dinning/catering for years, where we saw the love of food simple spiraling downward. Chefs/cooks feeling uninspired to create, develop and inspire through food. We wanted to give bring the passion and love of a small mom and pop restaurant, back into the catering world. No more mediocre catering experience, wedding catering where guest don't get enough to eat, or attention to full detail.
