There’s far too many things to pick from! If I’ve got to narrow it down to just one, it’s very rewarding helping someone on a potentially life-changing journey. I get to see real change in my clients, whether that be in their overall health, weight, or attitude.
I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I became friends with the personal trainers at my gym and the job they were describing was simply perfect for me. I then booked onto my first training course and the rest was history!
I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.
I can work with clients from home, at a local gym, in public areas/parks, from my private workout studio, or even at their office. Modern life is busy and can be difficult to balance, so we can discuss the most suitable options for your routine and budget.

Alex is an absolute legend and has a very pleasant personality. He has trained me a couple of times with the run club at the loft. We had pre-run and post-run warm up sessions which was great, as it kept me injury free before and after the runs. The training methods will give you amazing results, as it will push you to the limits while having fun.

I was introduced to Michael via a friend of mine who had been training with him for a period of time & shown some excellent strength/physique results. I’d been training for 6+ years, gradually increasing my knowledge to the point where I’d say I was above average in terms of physique/nutrition planning. However what was evident from the moment I met him was the depth of his knowledge – he took the time to understand my personal fitness goals, devising a unique plan that was both attainable and realistic. The plan didn’t cut out any of the foods I enjoyed (kfc) and was tailored to my height/weight/activity levels etc. Since starting my journey with Michael, the guidance from him has enabled me to put an additional 10kg in lean muscle mass. I’ve never felt better, and I’m regularly lifting heavier weight than I had ever previously, with the correct form. Despite all of the aforementioned points, what has impressed me most about Michael is that he practice what he preach – very often, personal trainers will devise a client plan and follow something totally different themselves. However,Michael have shown me that fitness goals are able to be achieved naturally, without restricting a social life. Whatever your fitness goals, I’d thoroughly recommend giving Michael a call.
