Jonathan is a gentleman and brilliant at helping with natural pain relief. I was seeing him to help with menopause symptoms and it was amazing and really helped.

Fully satisfied with comprehensive treatment. For the first time my pain (caused by spinal injury) was gone, just after few days of treatment. The medicine tailored to my needs had no side effects neither you could get addicted. If I didn't try it myself I wouldn't believe the natural medicine can be of such a help.
Do strongly recommend visiting this herbalist.

As Hippocrates said: Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.
Basically we are what we eat. What we put into us has a direct effect on our health. At the clinic you will receive advice on what to eat and which foods will be beneficial for you as well as which ones to avoid.

I love where I work, along the seafront in Bray looking out to the ocean.
I love working with patients and seeing them improve over time.
I love working with herbs and natural remedies, blending medicines and making them specifically for each individual

I was inspired by nature and by my patients, the people that come to see me to feel better. Each case propels me to go on. Seeing people improve. Being immersed in the natural world of Wicklow also inspires me, walking in the wild hills and listening to flowing streams and knowing the positive effect this has on me. Also knowing I'm able to bring the healing power of nature into form and purpose through herbal medicine.

I have over 15 years experience working with Natural Medicine. I'm highly qualified, a member of the Irish Register of Herbalists and continue to study and learn. People feel better when they come and see me.

Yes, remote consultations are available, these are conducted over the phone. Skype or Zoom consultations are available on request.

Modern and traditional herbal medicine, scientifically proven. I have a degree (BSc) in Herbal Science and have been practicing for over 10 years. I run a busy practice in Bray, Co. Wicklow

Shiatsu - sometimes called Japanese physiotherapy - reduces stress, pain and tension in the body, creating space and a sense of ease. It's great at relieving back pain and neck tension as well as easing anxiety and mood related conditions.

Naturopathy or Natural Medicine.
This is the sum of everything I do, taking a detailed case history and recommending food, exercise and lifestyle changes including changes to eating and sleeping habits. Prescribing particular foods to eat and herbal medicine to take as required.

As the old saying goes: We are what we eat

I practice food based nutrition - in that I favour prescribing food over supplements. After assessing what, when and how you eat - I make easy and healthy recommendations to improve your health and vitality
