Q&As

I define a healthy diet as a good mix of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals without forgetting the importance of being well hydrated. Eating well helps us all feel better mentally and physically.

But we also need to think about HOW we eat - e.g. do we sit down and share food with family and friends? do we eat slowly?

To me a healthy diet is one part of the picture - this is holistic therapy

I love talking to people, hearing about their wishes and their problems and then helping them to feel more energetic, happier and healthier.

It started with going to yoga classes and really loving them. I moved from a career in IT to working for myself in the holistic business because it fitted in with my family life and I loved it.

I bring a wealth of experience - both in work and in life - to help people to step back and objectively look at their lives to identify easy ways to improve wellbeing.

I provide both nutritional therapy consultations and yoga instruction online on Zoom

Services

'We are what we eat' is a well-known phrase but really we are what we absorb. Gut health is vital to absorbing nutrients from our food. A key part of the nutritional plan will address our gut health and its impact on physical and mental wellbeing.

Yoga is a holistic system of health incorporating correct breathing, movement and meditation. It is suitable for all and I love helping people to develop a regular yoga practice to help body and mind.
