I have been doing online zoom classes with Karolina for the last 6 weeks and my results are incredible. I feel so much better about myslef. My body is much tighter and slimmer since I have started them. I am working from home and it’s amazing how handy it is for me to just switch on my laptop, put my best workout gear and train with Karolina. She is an amazing instructor and her classes are absolutely incredible. She teaches Pilates, Yoga, Full Body Toning, Barre Pilates and Body Sculpt. I am recovering from an ankle injury so she has been giving lots of variations of exercises for different levels of fitness. My favourite is definitely Yoga and Pilates as it helps me with my backdue to long hours sitting and working from home. I love her energy and personality. She is so positive and real. I had never worked with a PT before starting with Karolina last year, and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was coming back from an injury and just knew I needed some professional support to bounce back well. Karolina was brilliant. She took time to understand my injuries and other strengths and areas to work on, and then ran really useful and varied workouts that I always learned from. She was on hand for nutrition or diet questions and her down to earth, approachable, positive style was exactly what I needed while getting my fitness and confidence back. I learned loads, and am now back playing sports with a fitter core and body, and a much better mindset towards my own strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Services

I am offering zoom fitness classes which are: Pilates, Yoga, Barre Pilates, Strength, Hiit Workouts. They are taking place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 pm via zoom link.

6 weeks food plan with weekly check ins. Plan which will suit your needs and diet preferences.
