Terrie has given me a new perspective on healthy eating in an easy way. I’m losing weight but also I’m so happy that taking control of my diet and working with my gut has really helped my mood and my anxiety is now almost non existent

I went to see Terrie just over three weeks ago as my diet was awful, I lacked energy and I was overweight. Terrie was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. After my consultation I decided to do a three week cleanse. I was a bit apprehensive at first as there were some foods I would not normally eat. Well three weeks later and I’m now converted . The recipes were delicious! I’m now down 15lbs, and have lots more energy. I will be sticking to the plan with a cheat meal (and bottle of wine ) once a week. I would highly recommend Terrie! Ive just completed a 3 week cleanse with Terrie. To say you are what you eat is sooo true. 4 weeks ago I was eating bad and I felt bad. Today I have so much more energy I feel and look so much better. Terrie introduced me to some new foods and combinations to get the body working as it should.
