She has worked within the animal sector for over 10 years; having spent the first half of her career within the zoo industry. It was during her time studying a FDSC in Animal health and welfare at university she turned her focus towards canine behaviour and communication;

We offer Group Walks in our Secure Adventure Fields or Parks, Home Visits, Puppy Visits, Home Sitting and Day Care. The Midday Group Walk includes pick up and drop off (we are fully insured, also for key holding). We will go to either our secure adventure fields with private stream or in one of the big parks around for the dogs to have a great time. Barking Mad provide tailored, one-to-one home boarding for dogs. We carefully match your dog to one of our specially selected, dog-loving local families. Our host families are all based at home and can't wait to give your dog as good a holiday as your own! Everything is arranged, overseen and supported locally by our friendly dog care professionals.

Happy Paws provides a professional, friendly and flexible dog walking and pet sitting service in Newcastle upon Tyne. Dog walking is available seven days a week with a choice of either solo or group walks of no more than four dogs. Pet sitting covers cats, elderly or sick dogs, puppies and small animals and is also available seven days a week to cover those times when you can't always be at home for your pets.

Since I was a small child animals have been my true love. Growing up we had cats at home and there were always plenty of animals belonging to family and friends that I could play with. ​ Whilst I focused on gaining an education and forging a successful accounting career in London, I always studied and looked after pets as a hobby as well as having my own. In 2001 I started working for Guardian Angles looking after dogs/cats and other small mammals in peoples homes.

I volunteer with the Cinnammon Trust and I'm also an independent home checker for various UK charities. Over the years I've rescued dogs, carried out events to collect food etc for my local shelter and have carried out home checks for potential fosters/ people wanting to adopt dogs and this is what makes me unique - the unconditional love for these gorgeous furry babies.

A Walkies, we will collect your dog from your home or office at a time that suits you, we like to walk our “Borrowed” fur friend in the countryside and places where they are free to play and exercise with them until it's time to go home again.
