This would be for a specific injury recovery and I can run through it with you over video call and provide the written plan to your email. However, I do advise that physical treatment along side this definitely improves your recovery.
All tools/instruments that are used are cleaned and sterilised between clients. I can wear a mask if a client would prefer and the couch is disinfected between clients also. Any towels used are washed.
