We work with clients through the whole process from start to finish, both creating the necessary structure and managing the outcome. It's about assessing each clients body and making sure we're doing the most effective program based on current lifestyle, body type, and factoring in personal preferences. We start with the overall design of each program and move into daily communication, helping with meal set-up, checking details of how each client feels with current nutrition and training, and then moving into detailed weekly assessments.
It's been about a year now at CrossFit Corydon . I can easily attest to these guys knowing what they're doing. After hearing what my desires were in terms of muscle and strength growth, they've come up with a perfect regimen for me to get into the shape I've always wanted to be in. Shane and the other coaches are always keeping a close eye to ensure that you're lifting the right way.
The CrossFit you see on TV can be intimidating but in the day-to-day operations of a CrossFit box, there are people of all shapes and sizes as well as abilities. The coaching support and the sense of community at CrossFit Winnipeg are a wonderful encouragement. The coaches do a wonderful job of watching your form and giving you pointers. There’s a lot of variety in the programming to keep things interesting. I’ve come a long way since I started and am looking forward to more improvements. #CFWBINGO
Took my daughter tonight for her first physio session and assessment with Scott. We have tried a few places over the past few months and I have been searching for a place that really understands the dancers body and to care for her injuries. We have finally found an amazing place that "gets it" I highly recommend. A bonus is the upcoming boot camp in September for momma! If I could give 10 stars I would! A+++
Shauna and her team are fantastic!! My coach Jesse is extremely patient and encouraging, and has helped me modify a lot of the exercises to accommodate my back and knee problems, while still making the workouts fun and challenging. I love the private space and personalized attention. The meal plans and nutrition information are easy to follow and taste great. Non-judgmental, non-shaming, supportive environment where they inspire you to realize you are a lot stronger than you think you are. Overall wonderful experience!
I went through the G2G program starting in September 2016, it was easily the most physically demanding thing I've ever done, but the results were amazing and I felt fantastic! Jay, Jeff and Erica pulled me along, never waivering in their belief that I could do it, and they were right. I'm day 2 into my second G2G, it's even tougher than I remember (the first two weeks are the hardest), but I know the Aspire crew have my back and I will guide me to success once again. Give it a try, you're body and mind are so much stronger than you might think!??
I love that all the classes are 45 minutes of fitness instruction that are motivating and challenging for all levels! Members are friendly and positive and seem to all have the same type of goals, staying active and working towards living a healthier life! We all feed off of each other you could say to work hard and have fun while doing it! Kathryn and the trainers keep us focused on our goals and make the various workouts interesting, fun and go by fast. Love Blue Sky!
It is great place to workout! I feel right at home. The instructors offer awesome classes, personal trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging.

I have been working with the trainers and therapists at Benefit for 10+ years and have always received the best service. Although they are very busy they always make you feel like you are their only patient and work with you 1 on 1 to achieve your targeted goals.
Mark Smith you are completely right when you`re suggesting to do your research before selecting a trainer, what`s unfortunate is you obviously didn't do yours.
I have trained with Aspect Fitness for over 2 years and have had far better results than multiple other trainers/facilities in this city. I have never had a trainer that has been more attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and also someone who would call me out on the crap I was trying to pull. If you're not willing to hold yourself accountable, you're going to the wrong place. There is no sugarcoating and no BS here.
Make sure the trainer you choose can walk the walk if they can talk the talk, and based off results you're heading in the right direction with Aspect Fitness.

Absolutely recommend. Chris is amazing and the scheduling flexibility can be a real life saver. I sustained an injury (not related to working out) and Chris worked with me to get me back on track in a safe way. 100% satisfied with fitness on the go.
I have been working out with Milica on and off since she started her fitness career, she has always been one of my favorite instructors.
I am currently training with Milicia using her online fitness program. I highly recommend people to check it out. I have done a few other programs online that just offered a preset routine. Milica went the extra mile and designed one specifically for me based off a personal assesment of my fitness level and goals... and...she rotates these workouts. I have always loved her training style...she creates diverse workouts with many varieties of excersizes. She keeps it interesting and challenging.she even adapted my plan to accommodate an injury i recently aquired.I am always excited to see what routine she has planned for me next.
I also love how Milica encouraged a positive attidude about my self and my fitness. Healthy attitude goes a long way in helping to create a healthy body.
If you are looking for a challenging work out for at home or the gym, check her online fitness program and packages out. I am certainly happy I did!
I have worked with Nick in the past and had excellent results. He has a wonderful bedside manner, you are a person not a number, warm, friendly, and caring. I hope to never need his services again, but if I do - he will be the one I choose.
For me it is a superior workout experience to any others. The strength tracking by ARX machines will let me know exactly how I am progressing. The TRX bands and battle ropes and cardio exercises make it a full and safe (30 minute) workout. Andrew will pushes me to excel and I have a good time! I'm 54 years old and still am competitive in the sports that I play, which I attribute to this fitness program.
