GREAT nutrition and fitness program. Got my metabolism and body composition assessed which helped me meet my training goals. The dietician is also a personal trainer, and I like her intuitive and science approach which helped me tune into myself and understand how the science related to ME. We met biweekly for 6 months and at the end of the program, I feel much more at ease with myself and more confident. I'm very happy that I found this program!
After a major leg surgery I didn’t think I’d ever enjoy intense physical activity again. I had several sessions with a popular ‘chain’ physiotherapist and got almost no improvement. Thankfully I found Jamie, and with her techniques (treat the source not the symptom!) I’m back enjoying everything I did before my surgery. Wouldn’t have been possible without Jamie!
Receiving training from Tessa has been an A+ 10 out of 10 fabulous experience. Not only are the sessions fun and motivating but they were definitely the catalyst in me receiving my results. Since training with Tessa I have lost 15 pounds. This was over a span of two months. Training with Tessa is challenging while involving achievable goals. She formulates the program so you can continue with it throughout your week when you’re not one on one with her. This transferrable form of training is what I believe allowed me to get my results and continuously sustain my physical activity. I don’t see myself ending my training with Tessa anytime soon. She keeps everything creative and interesting. Even on the tough days you still want to be there to work hard for your results. ���
