We hire JP Lucky to reinforce our foundation wall through underpinning in preparation for a 2nd floor addition. Unfortunately, our soil engineer recommended underpinning as our soil was too soft for the added weight of the 2nd floor. We knew we needed an experience team to handle the task, so we used JP Lucky. The underpinning team was highly skilled and completed the task on time and within budget. Underpinning is not something any contractor can do. You need an experienced team that can perform the task without future problems. I highly recommend JP Lucky.

NEW ROOF – SHINGLES & FLAT ROOF combination After researching roofing contractors. I contacted JP Lucky Construction and spoke with Wendy. We set an appointment date to meet with James. James arrived early for our appointment, inspected the roof, took pictures, outlined the scope of the work & answered all my questions. James stated work will take 2 days, starting July 2, 2024 weather permitting. He promised a written detailed quote that evening. Quote received as promised. On Tuesday July 2, 2024 James & the crew arrived on site, & started the work immediately. The job was completed as promised on Wednesday July 3, 2024. The crew was efficient, detail oriented, respectful of the property. Excellent work, exceeded my expectations, finished on time, within budget, cleaned up & ensured everything was safe and in good order. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Wendy is an honest, gentle, kind, smart, caring woman, who truly believes in helping people, a rare find in today's harsh world and industry. Wendy & James are a pleasure to work with, they are honest, caring, kind professional, efficient and make sure the client is fully satisfied. They were always available to answer questions or concerns. I will not hesitate to use their services again. I am already discussing future projects with Wendy & JP Lucky Construction.
