I know this to be true: each of us has the answers we seek within. This makes my role one of simply reflecting those answers, and confirming what already lies within. Each of us requires support in difficult times; therefore there should never be any stigma or doubt associated with asking for help. We can never do it alone. I love to support people. I am inspired by them, by the wisdom they bring, by how truly amazing that they are. It is a joy to be able to support people in the way that I do.
Others have always looked to me for wise counsel. After almost 30 years in a corporate environment, I was the 'go to' person for everyone's personal stuff! It has always been something I have been able to offer to others in one way or another, so attending school to gain formal qualifications was just a step towards making this a way of life for me.
I also have an autoimmune condition, which sparked a great life change for me, and inspired me to start a blog about my life. It is in my Health Coaching practice that I can offer much in regards to my lived experience with an autoimmune condition, what I have come to realise about this condition and about myself.
As someone who is seeking support, it is imperative to feel into what the person is offering: to look at their photo, to feel if this person might offer something, a way forward, a next step in your own evolution. I know that who I am may not suit everyone, depending upon where they are at in their life, but I feel it is critical to feel what is there to feel when you connect with someone, when you read about them, and view their photo.
At present, due to COVID restrictions, I only provide services remotely online.
My sessions are solely online, which completely eliminates any risk of any type of Covid transmission.
