How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

One of the myths out there is that a healthy diet means going without, which is not true. You can go WITH and combined with a health lifestyle reach and maintain excellent health and wellbeing.

What do you love most about your job?

Teaching people how simple it is to reach and maintain optimal health when you have the right tools!!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Because the current health model doesn't equate to long-term results. It is focused on quick fixes, pills and powders. I wanted to create a model that focuses on a long-term solution, with food and lifestyle strategies, that work off what science has proven (not some fad or myth!!)

Why should our clients choose you?

I am solution-focused and to date have delivered outstanding results to 500+ clients from around the globe. Choose someone that has a proven track record of getting clients the results they come for... https://nataliewoodman.com/results

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

YES! I work with clients in-person (Perth WA) and online. I currently work with clients around Australia and Overseas.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

For clients attending in person... our clinic has implemented additional measures to ensure safety for all clients and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, including spacing out of appointments to reduce congestion in our practice and allow time for sanitisation.

We ask clients to switch to a Telehealth appointment (Zoom, Whats App, Facetime etc) if they are experiencing…

A cough, fever, or shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)
Been in contact with a person who may have been exposed to COVID-19
Visited or transited through a restricted country or state in the last 14 days

Your specialist will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to help you select the best treatment for your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a specialist today.

Dietitians are the only health professionals regulated and protected by law. Registered Nutritionists can provide evidence-based advice and information about food and healthy eating. Nutritional therapists provide alternative treatment, based on the idea that the body needs 'healing' and 'correcting'.

  • Credentials - Find a specialist that has the credentials to support your personal needs.

  • Experience - Ask how long your Dietitian or Nutritionist has been practising and look up their background.

  • Gimmicks - Check your specialist is not supporting an unsuitable diet brand or supplement.

  • Right fit - Make sure they are upfront in the areas they specialise in and are able to make referrals if your needs are outside their comfort zone.

The minimum requirement for a Dietitian is a degree in Dietetics or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics. Nutritionists should have attended a course which is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Before you choose either a Nutritionist or a Dietitian, you could read testimonials and read reviews on their website. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers too.
