How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
While there is no question that a healthy diet is important... other factors such as stress, sleep, movement etc. are equally important. You can eat a 'healthy' diet and carry excess weight due to poor sleep, or excess stress because these affect the way that food is absorbed and assimilated. Focusing on JUST food (i.e. diet) is one of the biggest mistakes made by individuals wanting to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
What do you love most about your job?
Being by my clients side on a daily basis. Being able to support, coach and motivate them IN THE MOMENT. Teaching clients how simple it is to reach and maintain optimal health when you have the right tools!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because the current health model doesn't equate to long-term results. It is focused on quick fixes, pills and powders. I created a model that focuses on a long-term solution, with food and lifestyle strategies, that is evidence-based (not some fad or myth!!)

YES! I work with clients in-person (Perth WA) and online. I currently work with clients across Australia, UK, USA, Vanuatu, NZ, Canada, Germany and South Africa.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For clients attending in person... our clinic has implemented additional measures to ensure safety for all clients and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, including spacing out of appointments to reduce congestion in our practice and allow time for sanitisation.
We ask clients to switch to a Telehealth appointment (Zoom, Whats App, Facetime etc) if they are experiencing a cough, fever, or shortness of breath (difficulty breathing) or have been in contact with a person who may have been exposed to COVID-19.
