What can I say about my experience with Victoria.

I was the lowest I’ve ever been, suffering from mental health for over 10 year and dealing with my trauma through counselling and being able to move on, yet not push through the blockages when I get triggered.
I’d lost all my confidence and ability to believe in myself.

I was in a state of despair and felt disconsolate, thinking that things wouldn't improve.
Like everyone else, I had to deal with some challenges, which had become unreasonably big in my mind and impacted every aspect of my life. They held me back and ruined my days with negativity that I myself was the source of, and somehow I had accepted the status quo.
When I met Victoria, first I became curious about life coaching and then decided to give myself a chance, which I didn't expect to be a miracle. At the beginning, it was mostly answering questions, and as we moved on, she used some techniques that helped me organise my thoughts. Her amazing approach also helped me clear my mind of whatever was not important and hindering me from reaching my goals. Between sessions, she always checked on me to make sure I was on an improving trajectory. I noticed changes after the second session when I took actions defined at the end of each session.

To my surprise, by the end of our coaching sessions, my mindset had undergone such a profound change that I can only describe it as a miracle. Victoria helped me shift my perspective and realise that the power of mind could be either destructive or constructive. Also, even small, simple actions in daily life could create new habits and transform my life for the better.
