I hired Daniel on a friend's recommendation to cater a one-day film shoot—as well to provide craft service. Considering our relative modest budget, I was blown away by the selection of refreshments that were provided and how incredibly delicious the meal was. My friend asked me what I thought of the catering and I told him, "This is better catering than I've had on a lot of studio-backed feature film sets that I've been on." I highly recommend them for any catering need you might have.

Started as a private cheffing and catering. In the summer of 2019, Royal Dosa was created and given a chance to be part of Salt Lake City's Farmers Market in Utah. Masala Dosa became the favorite lunch meal of Utahns every Saturday. Royal Mango Lassi became the popular drink in the summer. Then... MEENA was made. Chef Vishal, the executive chef and the mastermind of Royal Dosa decided to introduce the other side of India through food to Utah.

They stopped by my work at lunch today, so I figured I’d give them a try. I had three street tacos ($2 each) and they were delicious! Tons of meat, and I got to pick what else to put on them - sour cream, pico de Gallo, salsa, limes, etc. And they were super fast! I was back to my desk in about 10 minutes. I hope they come back here soon!

Some of the best damn BBQ we have ever had. Between the four of us we tried almost everything and the only complaint is that the portions are super huge! Not the kind of meal you want to eat when you have 6 more hours on the road, but we are very glad we did it anyway! I highly recommend the burnt ends if you can get them. And the smoked sausage was superb. Â Service was excellent as well, our waitress made us feel very welcome and she was the nicest lady.

I saw that a new food truck carrying Asian food in cup like bowls was going to be at a local roundup and decided to check it out. Â With all the food trucks popping up some are good, some are great, some are just bad, and some are somewhere in between. This one seems to be one of the ones between good and great. Â The menu is a little larger than your standard 5 or 6 item food truck menu. Â They've got curries, chickens, a cup full of pot stickers, and much more. Â I decided to do a jumbo yellow curry for $9. Â I paid the extra $2 to make it a combo which included 2 pot stickers and a drink. The food came out really, really fast. Â Way faster than you normally get from a food truck. Â This made me a little nervous, but everything was just as warm as ever. Â The chicken tasted great, perfectly cooked and juicy. Â I was really impressed with the rice. Â Usually in these types of rice/noodle bowls you get a huge junk of unflavored rice with little sauce on it. Â All levels of this rice were covered in a perfect amount of sauce, even deep down at the bottom. Â The pot stickers were good as well, with crispy edges to them. Â My only complaint here is that there wasn't any hot sauce as far as I was aware. Â A little sriacha would have made this perfect. The most impressive thing though was the size. Â In all my food trucking I have ALWAYS finished my meal. Â I can honestly say that I could not finish this one. Â I ate and ate and ate, but there was still more to go. Â This was a welcome first as I felt that I actually got a good value for my money. Â Usually with food trucks you have to go in knowing you're going to be paying $10+ for a decent meal that will just barely fill you up. Not here.Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend you try it out. Â There is definitely room for two Asian food in cup trucks.
