These are by far the best healthy meals in Rochester! Fresh and not frozen like some other meal prep companies i’ve tried and they are delicious! We loved them so much, we had them cater my bridal shower and everyone was in awe of how good the food was and how professional the staff was. Love this place! Being an Irondequoit resident myself, I always felt there weren't many food and restaurant options, locally. This place, which is very family friendly, allows a group to sit and eat various foods together, as there are multiple food options (including a wine bar!) Parking is never an issue and they have fun events outside and on the stage throughout the summer and fall. Great addition to the town!
