We have used Tasteful Connections a few times now. One was for our 25th Year End Celebration at Strong Museum and the other was just a few days ago for a Retirement Party at our offices. Michelle Renee did a terrific job of helping us pick a menu appropriate for our event and space, and was really flexible in making the changes we wanted that would fit in our budget. You can tell that the team is really experienced because they were able to get our menu rolling really quickly, and had lots of ideas for how to make it varied and special while still fitting in our budget. They offered helpful advice about how much to order, and were clearly giving advice in OUR best interest, not theirs. The food arrived early, was set out carefully, and did not disappoint! People loved the breakfast casseroles, pastas, and sandwiches. The team made a whole separate set of items for our vegan/gluten free crowd, and it made the meal much more pleasant for everyone. Tastefull Connections did our 10/12/18 wedding. We received so many compliments on the food and service. Their presentation/displays were beautiful. We never would have known they were there since they were so quiet during the ceremony and changed over the apps to stations without a sound. Michelle and Pam catered our wedding on September 14 this year. Beyond incredible!! Full service event for 60 people in our backyard, including apps (station as well as passed), dinner, dessert, coffee station supplied stemware/china/bartender. We had the extreme pleasure of having our recent wedding catered by Tasteful Connections and Sandra and all the staff far exceeded our expectations! Our guests are still raving about the food and how great everything was. Tasteful Connections came highly recommended to us and after our first meeting with Sandra, we knew why. Tasteful connections has done a few events for my family in the last year and every time we have been completely satisfied. Last summer they catered my grandmother's 80th birthday party that required a complete Scandinavian menu. They did a fantastic job and really helped to make it exactly what we wanted!

We also used Tasteful Connections for my grandfather's memorial service, i really was so happy to hear all of the rave reviews from the guests that attended the gathering after the service. I hope to continue using Tasteful Connections for any other events i have in the future. More...

Sandra did the reception for my husband's memorial service. We had no idea how many people to expect (200? 600? ... it was closer to the latter) and she was more than flexible, personable, kind, patient, and professional. Several people said that it was the most beautiful spread they'd ever seen at a funeral :) I found her prices to be well within the range of similar quality caterers, and she was just such a pleasure to work with, especially under the circumstances. From start to finish, Michelle was fantastic. She wasn't just our caterer - she was an incredible soundboard for me when I was having issues with my venue, and she was a friend during this whole crazy process. She was very helpful when I told her I had a specific budget and helped me create everything from scratch and build beautiful (and delicious) reception stations that my guests raved about. On the day of the wedding, her staff was fantastic. I really enjoyed working with everyone there and I heard great things from my guests as well about the Tasteful Connections staff. At the end of the day, she wrapped up leftovers which I sent home with my MOH, and she wrapped up our cake for us so we got to enjoy it when we returned from our honeymoon. We used Tasteful Connections for our wedding in June 2014, and I cannot say enough good things about them.  First, the food was AMAZING, from the hors d'oerves to the main dishes.  They were able to create a menu unique to our "backyard garden party" style wedding reception: a menu that catered to vegetarians, Kosher guests, and everyone in between.  Everyone raved about the food for months after our wedding.The best part of Tasteful Connections, though, was the staff: they were extremely helpful and flexible.  When my husband decided two days before our wedding that he wanted craft beer at our reception, Michelle worked with him and my brother to find a selection within our price point.  My husband and I planned our wedding by ourselves (without a wedding planner) from over four hours away, and we couldn't have done it without Michelle and her team.  They worked with our tent rental company to make sure we not only had enough tables and linens, but that everything was set up in the best possible way.  They came out to our wedding site (in the Finger Lakes) to meet with the site owners, my husband, and me, and they made sure everything would be perfect.  Everyone was so professional, and they ONLY made me feel relaxed about my reception--never stressed or worried that it wouldn't be perfect.  Do not look anywhere else for your caterer: Tasteful Connections is simply the best.
