How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every event is a unique and special event. We will personally meet with you and ask you questions that will help us understand what you are looking for. We will work with you every step to make your event wonderful.

We are a locally owned restaurant and caterer that takes great pride in our food, service and atmosphere.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Operating under the University of Rochester's oversight, we are quite serious about the safety of our clients and guests, as well as our crew. We are in strict accordance with CDC and NY State Dept of Health guidelines and government mandates. Everyone on our team has Safe Food Handler certification and Alcohol Awareness training. A certified Food Safety Manager is on-site at every event.
Venue Rental
We offer catering for events small and large. Our restaurant space in the Memorial Art Gallery combines stunning historic architecture and modern, elegant details.
We also serve our clients in MAG’s handsome event spaces - the M&T Ballroom, the skylit Vanden Brul Pavilion and Bausch & Lomb Parlor are all easily accessed from our kitchen.
Food & Beverage
Brown Hound will assist with selecting and preparing menus suitable for any occasion.
We can also provide beverages, hot, cold and full alcohol bar.
