*Southwest Grilled Chicken in a homemade Cream-Based Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce and garnished with Bacon & Sautéed Poblano Pepper
*Grilled Chicken Tenderloins -OR- Beef Tips in a homemade Cream Marsala Wine Sauce

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

I like to speak to pending clients before sending an estimate. By doing this, I can better understand and therefore create a menu that is exactly what they are looking for. My menus are based on traditional "favorites' made with fresh ingredients, high quality proteins and homemade sauces but I can make almost anything and I'm willing to work with my clients to achieve this. I am also able to accommodate special needs requests such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Allergy-Related Diets.

What do you love most about your job?

I love exceeding expectations! My favorite line for "The Bride-to-be" is "If you MUST worry about something, worry about your DJ or your dress etc. but don't spend a moment worrying over your food... I've got you on your perfect day!

What inspired you to start your own business?

My cooking began as a ministry for my church more than 20 years ago. I'd make meals for people with post-surgical needs, after a childbirth or for anyone experiencing a loss or other difficulty. Eventually, people started asking if I would cater a wedding, graduation, or corporate event. Once my children were older, I decided to open a business to continue the work I was already doing.

You can contact me online, via email, FB Messenger or text for drop-off orders but my primary work is full-service catering. Please note, Minimums are required for Cold-Tray or Boxed Lunch Drop-offs. Also, I am not a restaurant so day before orders cannot generally be honored. Notice is preferred and appreciated.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am very conscious of my customers safety needs. I have continued full-service catering through the pandemic by working with individual clients at their comfort level. This includes Masks and Gloves as required and/or requested, testing frequently to ensure my own health and offering an array of pre-packaging of most items, such as cutlery, desserts, dressings etc. I also run a "served" buffet using my staff so guests are not handling serve ware and/or food items.
