I officiated a wedding this past Sunday and stayed for the reception portion of the celebration. The food was amazing. Everyone was talking about the selections and quality and flavors of each dish. This had to be the best catered meal I've ever had. Also noteable was the staff. They were professional and courteous. Hats off to Chef Hattam!

A wonderful experience. I couldn't have asked for more, I came here expecting some potato chips; and I was rewarded with an experience that should be reserved for a standing restaurant. This food was amazing. The only thing that I could ask for other than what I was served was a hot dog on a stick. A wonderful restaurant with fair prices and even better owners.

Mindell and the staff at the Magnolia Hotel Omaha made my wedding feel very unique and special from my first meeting and tour of the facility. She was fantastic at putting me at ease when the stress came, and even coordinated my vendors and rentals. During my reception, the staff at the Magnolia were constantly checking in with my family members... they were there, but were far from intrusive.
My only issue was minor, and had nothing to do with the wedding coordination staff, but with room billing. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, because the Magnolia made my husband and I and all of our guest feel comfortable and welcome, and we had the time of our life!

So far, so good. I've eaten here twice for dinner and have enjoyed both times. They have a pretty wide selection on the menu and this will take some time to explore but I like what I've seen so far. The soups are fresh, homemade, and original. I've had the BLT and beef mushroom soups. Both very good. My favorite menu item so far has been the 5 cheese white pizza with an alfredo sauce base. Wonderfully rich but not too heavy in a thin crust pizza. Next visit, I will be sampling the pastas. I see that they have their pasta sauces to go. $4.50 for 10 ounces. I'll have to find the one I like best and try at home. Excellent place for casual family dining at an inexpensive price.
