'This is a bad idea.' We ordered the cinnamon roll and got two over proofed hockey pucks that had clearly been microwaved before heading to our table. They were inedible and we sent them back despite the attitude from our server. We both order corn beef hash and bacon. All of which was pre perpared and not even reheated before arriving at our table. the toast wasn't even toasted. I don't know if the cook was off or equipment was not working, but if you can't prepare food properly take off the menu. Grump wasn’t on the menu but that’s what we had for breakfast. No excuse for rudeness of wait staff. We had mediocre food also. 6/16/22 ordered 6:45-7:00 a.m..They were not that busy & we were patient. Rubbery overcooked eggs, bacon good but not hot, English muffin the server said was toasted but was not. (Warm but no visual sign of being toasted.) We had to request butter for muffin & when it finally came it would not melt on the muffin. Had to request coffee refill & seemed like the waitress had no interest. great place and great food. the problem is the waiting which is normal for a hot breakfast spot. Having some kind of reservations setting option on the website would be helpful. I would definitely recommended order to go, its so much easier than sitting around bunch of noises and music all together.

As for services, i probably dont want to eat inside the restaurant and just order to go tbh. i worked in the food industry before and I understand how things can get extremely stressful and tough. Thats why sometime these server can be somewhat annoyed at you (during rush hours). The problem is they dont hire enough staff to work , perhaps on the weekend. That lead to limited staff under stress and getting disgruntled at you. More...

It’s not often that I write a bad review but the service was pretty bad when we had a small group who came on Monday for brunch. There were 8 of us and it was busy so understandable that it would take awhile to get us seated. However, we were told 15 minutes and ended up waiting over an hour with little communication throughout that time. Everyone else was seated before us and we were not asked if we would like to split up into 2 tables close together with 4 at each - they just kept seating the smaller groups. We were celebrating a birthday and someone went to talk to the employee behind the bar, I believe a manager. He also didn’t seem to care too much that we weren’t getting seated. For the prices of the items offered they should arrive at your table edible. My husband had toast that was warmed bread at best and slathered in butter which made it very soggy. The hash browns were cold and very soft in the middle. They must be made in a big pan because they were over an inch thick. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and also must be made in large quantities at a time. For the price we paid I would have expected a cooked to order meal. We won’t be back. More...

probably wouldn't recommend as first choice- I give it a solid 3 out of 5. pancakes were flat tasting, waffles were just okay, sausage and bacon were good, mushroom/onion/cheese omelet was good, sourdough toast was just okay, hashbrowns were okay, breakfast burrito was good. for the price we paid, it should have been phenomenal. that just made me want to drop my rating to a 2 out of 5. our server was excellent and very attentive. the restaurant itself was very clean and well lit.

all in all, if someone wanted to eat here I wouldn't say no, but it wouldn't be my first pick. More...

We went to Early Bird for the first time this morning and were impressed!! Our waiter CJ was fantastic and helped guide us in picking our breakfast selections. When we go on vacation we alway look for memorable breakfast spots and now we have one right at home. We came in and the gentleman who greeted us had an amazing energy and customer service, I really thought we would have a great experience. The restaurant was mostly empty only 4 tables with people.
We were sat in Brook's section. When she came over to the table we were trying to secure our infant car seat in the high chair because they did not have slings. Our 3 month old can't sit up in a high chair yet. The high car was un even and and wasn't sturdy with his car seat. Brook seemed upset or annoyed as we were figuring this all out. She flatly told us people usually set the baby on the table. His car seat took over half the table.
We ordered coffee and ice tea with pink sugar aka sweet n low. We confirmed with Brooke they had pink sugar. She came back to inform us they in fact did not have sweet in low.
Ordering food Brook had the personality of a wet noodle, like she would rather do anything other than take our order. I ordered a BLT but asked for white bread instead of sourdough. Brook informs me "sourdough is the only option". (I'm severely deprived of sleep with the 3 month old and honestly thought they didn't have white bread otherwise I would have pushed for white bread) I also ordered a side of asparagus. He got eggs, hasbrowns, sausage and biscuits and gravy with a toast. White toast.
The food comes out. The hash browns were cute. Nothing was note worthy delicious. And the asparagus, just stay home and spray cooking spray in your mouth. Yuck can only taste Pam. And what restaurant can't change out the type of bread on a sandwich?

Not a friendly place at all. Was more interested in cleaning up tables than taking our order. I ordered chicken fried steak and it did not taste right and server was more interested in cleaning up empty tables rather than coming to see if everything was ok. Food was also served cold.

We waited an hour and a half for our table this morning and to say it was worth it would be an understatement!!! We had an awesome server, quick and friendly! ! From our fresh brewed coffee to our incredibly delicious breakfast items! We had a variety of things & everyone loved their choices!! The decor is super cool and we will absolutely be back!
