Chef Val and her staff personally consults with the potential client to acquire all the necessary requests for a custom menu, taking into account any dietary restrictions or concerns, offer alternative entree options for attendees who may require something different . We allow revisions substitutions until we receive the final head count and we adjust accordingly. Customer service is paramount.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Baking is a stress reliever.
We come from large families and food has always been the conduit for our family across 3 current generations. We decided in 2012 to prepare our meals in a healthy way, eliminating excessive carbs, using more fresh herbs and seasonings and experiencing different cuisines. Our family/friends were our taste testers (foodies) and they always encouraged us to open a restaurant. We decided after early retirement to attend culinary science classes, become certified, acquired the appropriate licenses and insurance and held a soft opening in the Spring of 2012 and the rest is history. We started as 2 sisters with a dream and now we are a staff of 7 and growing.
