We had an incredible experience with Roby Chef, truly unique and unforgettable. I booked the services for my husband’s birthday with 20 people invited, and they made it so easy for me to host. They took upon themselves food preparation, serving and cleaning up. My only responsibility was to enjoy the evening with my guests.
Food was so delicious, flavorful and presented in unique fashion. Having the wine experience added so much more to the evening atmosphere. We had a sommelier service and heard fascinating stories about wines we were offered. Roby chef and her assistants were very professional, kind and friendly, they made our evening very special. Highly recommend!!!

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. I confessed , after ordering , that I was on a mission in search of a wedding food vendor and these guys didn't disappoint. The food was so moist and flavorful. The sauces were excellent also. But , despite the delicious sauces , this meat inspired you to eat it without any sauce on them. Also tried their smoked Salmon with the combo platter. The sides were well done too! Washed down with a craft beer and I was on my way to La La land! Great job people. Upon completing our meal , we discussed catering rules and options and with the friendly , concise information I'm sure my search is over!

Cute off the beaten track pub. Absolutely loved their beers, tried 4 of 5 because they'll give you a decent taste. We had the fish spread which was better than a lot in the Bay area and the yummy fried ravioli. Server was good though all alone on a Saturday. We went for the music of Rick Hart and were not disappointed!

The food was absolutely spectacular. You will not be disappointed with the service, presentation and most importantly the delicious menu choices. My only comment was that a week before the wedding I called to say I had 90 people instead of 100 which I had used at my count. My concern was that I would lose more guests that have something come up at last minute. ( I was told about 10-15% could be expected). I could tell he was upset that I was adjusting the count a week before so I left it 100 and asked to take the left overs for the family brunch I was having the next day in my home. I ended up having 73 people attend the wedding and there was no meat left over of any of the salmon, chicken, shrimp, steak... that was served. We had a little sushi, some grilled vegetables and plain pasta left. That was it! If I had 100 people show up we would not have had enough food. I would suggest increasing your guest count to more than you expect to come and don't plan on using the left overs for another party unless you have back up meals planned. His pastry chef also did my cake. It was spectacular and moist. I kept the top but we didn't save it for next year:) You will have a hard time finding a chef that will prepare a better meal than Chef Chouinard's Cuisine.
How much does a Caterer cost?
Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.
What should I look for when choosing a Caterer?
It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:
Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.
Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.
Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.
Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.
Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.
How do I check a Catering Company’s credentials?
You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.
Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
