the food wasn't bad but shouldnt allow for pre orders if you cannot make them at the desired time. also i shouldnt be allowed to order a combo for a pre order if i cannot receive the drink that it states it comes with. truck seems very unorganized. i would give the food a 3.75/5 and the service 1/5 More...

Absolute worst customer service I’ve seen a long time. As a community we came together to support this business and in return we received rude attitude for no reason from the lady taking orders who was wearing a wrist brace and a ridiculous wait time for orders that were placed in advance. I understand you guys were backed up in orders, but there was no reason to take your frustration out on the customers in the community that were trying to support your business. Not only did many of us place our orders ahead of time, but when we received our texts saying our orders were ready for pick up we waited an additional 20-30mins for our orders to actually be ready. While I stood there waiting for mine, I spoke to other customers and majority of us agreed on how we were better off cooking our meals at home instead of supporting this business and receiving horrible customer service for something that wasn’t even our fault. They were unorganized and apparently giving out the wrong orders, because I witnessed that too while I stood in line waiting for my “supposedly ready for pick-up orders” to be ready. This business should probably not take orders online ahead of time being that they can’t keep up with the demand and clearly they take the frustration out on the customers. A lady complained about her order being incorrect and instead of her order being fixed the lady that worked there responded back with “You should’ve specified how you wanted it in the special instructions prior to placing your order.” That is no way to talk to a customer and the right thing to do was to fix the order, because the customer clearly told her, the child wouldn’t be eating that, because she thought when she ordered it, it would be placed on the side. The lady taking payment for food was extremely rude to my teenage daughter. Would not acknowledge her, then claimed that she didn’t purchase something that she did. They were out of the item and no one communicated that to my daughter until after she already waited for a long period of time and paid for the item. Then, she had to wait more. When I approached the woman about the issue, she denied that she did any of it. Worst in customer service ever, I would never recommend this company for anything! More...

Aside from their immaculate customer service, they presented us with a unique and tasteful rendition of rootbeer-glazed bacon cheese fries. 14/10 will come back again
