Stacey catered my formal backyard wedding and it was such a pleasure to work with her. She went above and beyond to assist in decision making and timing things since I was a little lost without a wedding planner. She has such a warm personality that she felt like a good friend by the end of the day. My guests and I loved all of the food and her staff was INCREDIBLE. We had petite beef wellington, lobster rolls, and coconut shrimp appetizers which she put aside for us even though we were out taking photos. Dinner was filet and mahi mahi, and even my picky eaters were happy! She had to head out to another event after dinner but she left her ladies to take care of things and they did such a great job cleaning up, packing away food, disposing of trash, clearing tables, and more that I didn’t even notice I’m sure! I can’t say enough good things about my experience or how grateful I am. ❤️❤️❤️
