Robert Charles Kirnard, CPA

Hi and thank you for considering me for hire. I have been in the tax, accounting and consulting business for over 30 years. I have helped clients set up their new businesses, been their business consultant along the way, kept their tax returns safe and up to date and also consulted with them when they considered selling their businesses. I have a good relationship with IRS and state tax agents and am very successful at protecting my clients and saving them from paying tens of thousands of dollars in tax assessment fees. I also offer outsourced CEO services as well. I run a boutique practice so you'll get my cell number and be able to reach me easily. I started practicing in New York (Manhattan and the tri-state area). I moved to North Carolina during the last economic depression in 2007 and started my own CPA firm in 2012. Having the foresight to realize I could help anyone that needs my expertise virtually, I expanded my service focus and now serve anyone in the 50 states. I am physically located in the Triad area of North Carolina (specifically Greensboro), and do travel to clients within a 50 mile range if on sight help is what you want. File transfers and documents can be scanned and uploaded through my website portal. Special projects that require travel more than 50 miles and hotel stays are available and are quoted on the basis that billable time plus all expenses are to be paid by the client. My phrase that pays is "Don't get caught off guard, for all your tax, accounting and consulting needs you need Bob Kirnard" Hire me and let me help your business today.

What do you love most about your job?

The thing I love most about my job is helping people. People trust my judgement and come to me for my opinion on what they should do for their business. Being in business all these years has exposed me to many different businesses as well as many tax issues. They also seek me out for proper protection from the taxing authorities. I go to bat for all my clients. There's nothing more satisfying than the relief and tears of joy on a clients face when I win a case and lift that stressful burden off their shoulders. I get asked a lot from clients, "I'm worried sick about this...what do you think will happen?" I tell them, "Don't worry, I got this. You don't need to worry unless I tell you to, then you'll need to worry". At that point they stop worrying and leave the rest to me. You will be doing the same. I've been there, done that. Let's take this walk together.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've always been a different thinker...the crowd goes right, I go left. I love solving problems and helping people. I also love the freedom it gives me to make my own schedule. I like the fact that I have "job security" ( I'm not going to fire myself and I won't quit). These are probably some of the same reasons that you started or are looking to start your own business.

Why should our clients choose you?

I'm simply the best choice for any level client, I'm easy to reach and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in my field.
