What do you love most about your job?

I'm naturally outgoing and curious as a person, so I love discovering and learning how industries and businesses work and meeting passionate founders.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been working in start-up companies in senior leadership roles, or companies that I have founded for the past 20+ years. I'm used to managing my own time and being my own boss. After a brief stint back in the corporate world where I was managing hundreds of people, I realised that it wasn't for me. I started consulting by chance, not design, but one opportunity led to another.

I provide a personalised service, with no hidden agendas. I really want to get to know your business and understand your ambition so I can add value, primarily through growth and scale. I've been in senior commercial roles all my life so its second nature for me think expansion not contraction. My knowledge is based on experience of both succeeding and failing. I've learnt from both and love to impart those learnings.

Yes both, online, remotely or face to face. For eight years I managed large international sales and marketing teams spanning 19 offices and tens of countries. Communication is everything for the success of the business. I prefer to talk and discuss rather then email but in either case deliverables must be set, clearly articulated and measured on the agreed time scale.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

From the beginning of last year one of my clients wanted me to go full time for a year to help them achieve a seed investment raise in excess of $1m, which we successfully completed. Since the start of Covid, I have worked fully remotely with the occasional face to face meeting.
