What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?

Elements like lighting, the rule of thirds, lines, shapes, texture, patterns, and color all work well together to take great photo. But it is muchmore important to click with people than to click the shutter.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

Please tell me how much you dare to be yourself. Because good photography is just showing a man as it really is.

What do you love most about your job?

Photography is like freezing small fragments of our life in time. You can go back to them anytime you want and live through all these memories all over again. Life will not stop for you just because you want to take a moment and spend it with your family and friends. The world spins madly on, not waiting for us to catch up. That`s why I want to keep those precious moment alive forever, to be able to look back at them and cherish the moment again and again.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was trying to find my own path in life for quite a long time now and I believe that everything that happened up until this very moment was leading me towards one thing. Photography. Not a lot of people can say that they truly found what they were looking for, their passions and purpose. I did and I am not afraid to say that I am in fact a lucky man. It wasn’t easy, it took a lot of work, patience and introspection, but I managed to stay on track and reach for it. I treat it as a sort of a medium for all the fleeting and fickle moments in everyday life. I have a good eye for details and my work is mostly based on brevity and gestures. I watch, listen and try to predict the most important ones. I do my best to catch them and then transfer them onto paper. When behind a camera, I don’t pay attention to time at all. I concentrate on here and now. I put every fibre of my existence into it, my knowledge and skills. I always look for things that can inspire me, to make everything as real and tangible as possible. I work hard to capture the moment and immortalise it as well as I can.

Why should our clients choose you?

When I started shooting people, I had a huge problem with how to tell them, especially women, how I see the photo, how to pose. Instead of explaining to them, especially to women, I learned how to pose, and as much as my dimensions allow me, I show what needs to be done. Not only is it easier, but also this element of pantomime allows for complete relaxation and release of tension.
And conversation...
Conversation is the most important part of the session. Most people come to us with no experience whatsoever. This is often their first professional session. Chatting always breaks the ice, especially when it is framed with a hint of humor. I always start the conversation with "What music do you listen to", "What movies do you like", "did you watch the game yesterday?" etc. Such things allow you to establish a thread of understanding. It is much easier later.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Contactless payments – Encouraging customers to use contactless payments whenever possible.
Increased cleanliness and Hygiene - Frequently clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are touched within the workplace, using usual cleaning products. No additional PPE is required other than what is normally use for cleaning. Hand sanitisers on entry and exit and encouraging customers and staff to use them can help reduce the risk of spread.
Keeping Safe - Ensure hand washing facilities or hand sanitisers are made available to staff to use between customer collections and frequently throughout the day (See Government COVID guidance).
