So went to Jamie for the first time yesterday, really relaxing environment, makes you feel comfortable, had a good chat through the session .He is really experienced and knows so much knowledge about the human body So I’ve been having on and off issues for a long time a few months with my neck. Been to gp prescribed all sorts of medications, not once did the gp ever look at my neck or back just more tablets . So decided right I will make an appointment with Jamie he had a look at my back an initially was shocked the pain I was having in my head my neck and on my left side. He did some deep sport massage but I couldn’t describe how much better it feels I finally could sleep at night . I will continue on with this on till the issue resolves fully but for one session it made hell of a difference.Check him out ! I can’t wait to go back !!

Ayurvedic massage therapist is much more that a masseur, we have to know about much more. We have to understand about dosha, disease, diet, lifestyle so when a client becomes a regular client you can see which therapy would be best for the client on the day. The client leaving the therapy centre a much more relaxed, rejuvenated, free flowing person than the one who first walked in is truly rewarding, a reward for all the training both in a classroom situation and a with my own life experiences is second to none.
