What do you love most about your job?

Knowing how relaxed people will be when they arrive home to freshly cleaned houses.

I also find cleaning very therapeutic.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am a mum, and in the middle of changing careers into the medical profession, so I was looking for flexible work around my studies.

Coming from a really good but high stress job, I struggled to find work flexible enough that paid the bills. Cleaning for me was something that I enjoy, but also ticked all the boxes financially too.

All of my clients are really happy with our service, and it makes me so proud!

Why should our clients choose you?

There are many cleaners around, but my existing clients have used other cleaners prior to me, and say I am the best, most time efficient, and often mention they don't know what they would do without me now. This is testament to my work I feel.

In addition, I pay my staff more than the going rate in the area so retention is higher, meaning no chopping and changing cleaners for you as the client, and cleaners become more time efficient as they get used to your property. This is a win win situation for everyone. As a company, when we begin to work with you, we are in it for the long term and because of that, we are happy to be flexible with our routine in your home, and we always aim to work to the best standard. You aren't just our clients, you are in a partnership with us, and the mutual respect goes with that, so we try to compliment your home life as much as possible so that you can enjoy your spare time more often rather than having to worry about the weekly clean.

How long have you been in business?

I am a mum, so for life!

But, aside from that .. I was previously working in the marketing industry for 16 years. I decided I needed career change after taking redundancy from my full time role in April 2017.

I started making and selling handmade soaps at craft fairs then I decided to go back to college to get into the medical profession. This is still in progress, but is a few good years away.

Meanwhile, I found flexible work as a cleaner, and found I was good at it. I gained some clients (who are still with me) and the business was born. I now employ people from similar situations - parents working around their children, mature students etc.

All of my employees are from a cleaning or care background, reliable and trustworthy.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, however there is a small additional charge.

I am happy to provide all cleaning products. I don't use bleach, unless you sign papers to say that's ok - purely because it's quite damaging if spilt.

I also prefer to use your own vacuum, mops and attachments if possible.
