Over the last 6 months, Shaz has proved herself to be a thorough and efficient cleaner with impeccably high standards for her own work.
She is always mindful of my disabilities when cleaning, and is friendly, approachable and very professional, and she is easy to trust around my children and pets. No task is too much effort for Shaz, and she takes the hard work in her stride. It is genuinely rare to find someone with such a hard work ethic.
From the moment I hired her, Shaz was very responsive to email/phone communication and is extremely punctual. I cannot rate her quality of work highly enough- she really is a very caring individual, and proves this with homely touches for me to look forward to (certain smells, personal touches).

I would highly recommend Shaz’s cleaning services, she is a thorough and reliable person and we have never had a negative experience whilst using her. She is conscious about her surroundings and respecting our property as she (voluntarily) arrives to our home every week with a change of clean slippers to wear around the house to ensure she doesn’t spoil her hard work and will always ask if anything more needs to be done. Shaz is not fearful of any job that needs doing, she has often helped us out with shredding paperwork, clearing our loft out and laundry. She is great with our children and cats, they took to her immediately which is a great ease of mind for us as a family. Working as a cleaner for 9 years, I am experienced in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. Over this period, i have acquired valuable skills and knowledge in effectively cleaning and organizing different spaces, making me a reliable and experienced professional in my field!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I provide my own equipment and supplies, including vaccum cleaner, mop bucket (and 3 heads), cloths and all products with a small charge.
What do you love most about your job?
One thing I love the most about being a cleaner is the satisfaction of seeing a space transform from cluttered and untidy to clean and organized. It gives me a sense of fulfillment knowing that I have made a positive impact on someone's living environment and helped create a clean and comfortable space for them to enjoy. Additionally, being a cleaner allows me to showcase my attention to detail and organizational skills, which I find rewarding in itself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own cleaning business was the desire for independence and the opportunity to be my own boss. I wanted the flexibility to set my own schedule and make decisions based on my own judgment. Additionally, I saw a demand for reliable and professional cleaning services in my area and felt confident in my abilities to meet that demand while also providing excellent customer service. The idea of building something from the ground up and being able to create a business that aligned with my values and vision was also a motivating factor in starting my own cleaning business.

General cleaning
General cleaning involves thoroughly cleaning every room and surface, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms. This also includes tasks such as removing cobwebs, wiping down appliances and kitchen counters, and tidying up common areas. Overall, my general house cleans aim to create a clean and comfortable living environment by eliminating dirt, grime, and germs.
Deep cleaning
Deep cleaning goes beyond general cleaning and involves a more thorough approach. It includes tasks like cleaning behind appliances, scrubbing skirting boards, windows, dusting vents, degreasing kitchen cabinets, thoroughly scrubbing doors, descaling appliances and bathroom tiles, and sanitizing hard-to-reach areas. Deep cleaning aims to remove built-up dirt, leaving the house fresh and spotless. It is typically done once a month, and is essential for maintainance of general cleans.
New client deep cleans
I would always advise my clients to book a deep clean for their first appointment. This is to ensure the standard of cleaning from then on is maintained by myself weekly, bi weekly or monthly.
