When it became clear I needed to employ a carer to support my 83 year old mother all I wanted was a reliable individual to provide support.
Zoe hasn't tried to take over, she doesn't rush the care and most importantly for me treats mom with respect and empathy.
In summary, she is great a what she does.
For this reason I have no hesitation in recommending Zoe for care and cleaning.

Zoe has been helping out looking after my nan for a few weeks now and she is taking the pressure of my family in providing extra care. She's willing to help in any way she can and we are very grateful. My nan is nearly 94 and lives on her own and she has been getting increasingly confused and weaker in recent months. How long have you been in business?
I have spent most of my life working in the community and have decided to start up on my own to give a more personalised service to a smaller group .I pride myself in providing nothing but good quality care and nothing less.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I do provide my own Ppe and happy to supply my own cleaning products without any extra hidden charges.
What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference to the quality of life people at home live and providing nothing but the best level of assistance in all aspects.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I do much prefer a smaller client group and i believe having the same regular carer is of upmost importance as it builds trust and a good friendly environment to work in.I have seen how services and standards have lapsed during covid and this should not be the case .I aim to make a difference and provide care as it should be.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have good testimonials i can provide and am myself very family orientated.I have experience with mental health also .Palliative care undertaken also i do have availabilty should 2 carers be needed.Experienced with dementia also.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always use my ppe correctly and do not cut corners.Fully vaccinated against covid .. You will not see me wearing ppe from 1 placement to another either.I do my upmost best where infection control is needed in all aspects.
Private experienced carer
I myself have the best part of 20yrs experience in the care sector assisting people to live as independantly as possible.I am honest,reliable and love my line of work.I also offer companionship and help with domestic chores etc.I have a large family myself and dont mind pets.I do hold NVQ 2 in adult social care and a clear DBS.Public liability insurance valid which can be seen on request
End of life care
Personalised support available to palliative/terminal clients to include making sure they are safe and comfortable for those who would like to remain in their own home.Help co-ordinate aids or equipment that may be needed and liasing with health professionals to ensure their voice is heard and respected.
Housekeeping
We also offer our services to include general housekeeping and cleaning for those less able.This varies from hoovering and polishing to keeping kitchens clean and tidy aswell as undertaking help with laundry etc please just ask.
