How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for a little under two years. Although, we registered as a limited company more recently.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring all of our own equipment and supplies and are also happy to use/buy specialist products upon request.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a space transformed is what I love most about the job. Often, we become blind to the accumulations of dust and dirt, and standard cleans barely scratch the surface. A deep clean tackles every area, the places people don't think about, like the joins of electrical sockets, or the on-off button of a light switch. It's often the little things that have the biggest impact on aesthetics.
I also love the people and variety of characters that we meet. There's always that initial apprehension before meeting somebody for the first time. We feel it too. What are they going to be like, are they going to like us, what are they going to think, what's going to be our first impression? Then we meet and we discover (yet again) that people are just people. I genuinely love meeting new people and discovering more about them. For example, I am also a writer with an IMDb profile. I met a client a couple of days ago (at the time of writing) who is inventing a magnet generator.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My partner and I have worked in various fields of the cleaning industry for over two decades, mainly in the commercial sector. We decided to pool our talents and start our own business as it is something we have always talked about but never had the courage to do. With the world crumbling around us, and in quite possibly the worst economic climate to do so, we finally took the plunge.
And we're glad we did!
Why should our clients choose you?
We are experienced, courteous, empathetic, relatable, punctual, friendly, and intelligent, and we work damned hard! We work with minimal breaks of a few minutes each time. This is just as much for our benefit as it is for the clients' as often 'the quicker we finish, the sooner we can go home'. So, we get stuck in and are more than happy to work while being observed, either on-site or remotely. In fact, we like you to see how hard we work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a cleaning company, we have long understood the importance of attempting to maintain germ-free environments to prevent surface spreading. All of our equipment is cleaned and sterilised immediately after use.
End-of-Tenancy Deep Clean
Carpets, floors, ovens, fridges, inside windows, baseboards, walls, doors, door furniture, light fittings, fixtures, door and window frames, PVC cleaning, sockets, window boards, radiators, smoke alarms, kitchens, living rooms, conservatories, bedrooms, offices, hallways, stairs, pantries, basements, lofts, and dining rooms.
Office Deep Cleaning
Standard cleaning does not get all the dirt out of carpets, nor sterilise areas - which can facilitate an unhealthy environment for employees.
We work out of hours and/or weekends to minimise downtime to your business and will clean and sterilise the entire interior of your building, from toilets to carpets to removing scuff marks from uPVC channeling. No matter the scope of the work, you can rely on us to get it done.
After-Builder Cleaning
Our comprehensive service covers far more than simple deep cleaning. We use air purifiers with Hepa filters to help ensure that we don't just move dust, we eradicate it.
Not only that, but we remove those awkward paint speckles that manage to land everywhere from floors to banisters to stair treads. We also neaten up painters' edges on sockets and switches.
Commercial Cleaning
