‘’My work-life imbalance doesn’t allow me to focus on my mental health’’ ‘’I’m too busy to find the time for myself or make any changes to my life’’ ‘’I’ve tired a lot of different approaches, none of them seem to work!’’ If you are looking for a holistic way to approach your mental health, I may have what you are looking for. Most of contemporary counselling focuses on mental health, whilst ignoring other pivotal issues such as physical health, diet, exercise, sleep etc. If you don’t have the time or energy to have separate advisors for your mental health issues and the aforementioned, my online counselling sessions can help tick all the boxes so you can achieve a healthy work-life balance and get on with your pursuit of contentment. Whether you are looking for managing anxiety or panic, getting rid of bad habits, relationship(s) stress, identity and sexuality issues, work-life imbalance, career and business issues, confidence and leadership issues, social anxiety, public speaking fear or simply want to speak to someone non-judgemental confidentially, I’m here to work with you. In doing so, my approach will be holistic as I will want to see the bigger picture, understand your life, your work, your relationships, your thought patterns, your diet, sleep and exercise in order to provide you guidance that is specific, realistic and long lasting. I’ve counselled students, professionals, entrepreneurs and celebrities and specialise in offering solutions to individuals with busy working schedules, where the time you have may be limited. I’ve worked within a variety of disciplines and used a variety of techniques to provide solutions, so my approach is unique to every client and their needs. Besides this, I am completely GDPR compliant and insured for professional indemnity. So, you can be assured that everything we talk about is strictly confidential. As for my availability, I tend to be free for online sessions on weekday evenings and on Saturdays. For our first meeting, I will schedule a 2 hour long online meeting to thoroughly study you. Follow up sessions thereafter are usually an hour long online at a frequency determined by our first meeting and our mutual schedules. I charge a fixed rate of £100/hour for my time for old or new clients. I wish you all the best, Neel

What do you love most about your job?

People and their stories are inspiring to me. I am a full-time academic, but this job specifically enables me to e-meet people from all walks of life and listen to their struggles on their roads to achievement. I love that I get to see the vulnerable sides of people, faces they don't show others and often themselves because of the fear of being judged or manipulated or being perceived as weak. In these conversations I've helped individuals overcome such fears and truly work on themselves to reconnect with, reorganise, restructure and reinvigorate their lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love ambition and peoples drive to succeed, professionally and personally. However, this pursuit often leads to ignored mental health and work-life balance. In order to support such individuals, I want to do the best I can with my experience and qualifications to help individuals achieve their fullest potential without compromising on the other crucial aspects of being human.

Why should our clients choose you?

Besides being non-judgemental and completely easy to talk to, my advice is bespoke. Furthermore, I ensure that my approach is also :

S - specific
M - measurable
A- attainable
R- relevant
T - time-based

So you wont 'waste' your time only speaking and listening, the focus is on real change.
