We are an independent local estate agency but part of the nationwide Hunters Estate Agency who were founded in 1992 in York and also listed on the stock exchange.
We became part of the Hunters Franchise network in 2016 having rebranded an existing business, our services include sales, lettings and property management within Essex, but we are also able to offer tailor made solutions should you require them.

OMG where do I even start!! From start to finish these ladies at the ripon branch have been fantastic, they defiantly have excelled themselves. It’s been a bumpy ride I won’t lie but Scarlett and Gina were fantastic with every little detail, they made our move as stress free as it could be and calmed me down when I thought things were looking bad, I just want to say from us all that we are so thankful for everything you have done for us and will defiantly be using you in the future if we ever decide to move again. I haD a bad experience with other local agents so I was glad to get settled on Hunters. Niall, Julian and Amy were always happy to help. I had a tricky move yet they were always able to help. I didn't get charged left right and centre..the fees were in black and white, that helped me hugely. I felt well looked after. Would I use Hunters Hornchurch again? YES! Hunters Estate Agents Stephen and Richard went above and beyond to ensure we ended up in our dream house. Our Sale fell at a few hurdles and looked like we would lose our house but Richard and Stephen made sure that they found a new buyer and we were back on track. Solicitors caused normal problems pushing for the completion date and then slowing down when it came to actually pushing it over the line,but with Richard and Stephen in our corner we felt at ease that we weren't just another number on the books but we actually mattered.
