What do you love most about your job?
Providing a high quality service for both landlords and guests. We love the process of taking on a property, redecorating, furnishing to a high standard and ensuring the property is well maintained throughout our agreement with the landlord. This gives them comfort their asset is looked after while the guest has an amazing place to stay.
What inspired you to start your own business?
One of the things I enjoy most in life is travelling. You get to experience different countries, cultures and food. So what could possibly make your travels even more enjoyable? Having somewhere nice to stay! This is why I created Suiteplace.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Cleanliness and hygiene is our top priority and we have the highest standards. Guest can be confident the properties will be clean and steralised when staying with us.

We'll become your tenant and pay you your rent directly. This means no time is wasted looking for a tenant and you'll receive your rent straight away. We'll guarantee your rent so there will be no void periods or rent arrears. The rent we agree, is what you get - there will be no agency fees, renewals fee or any hidden costs. Minor maintenance is covered! So no call out charges or tenants contacting you in the middle of the night. There's no costly evictions to worry about!
