What do you love most about your job?

The combination of two of most favourite things, my love for animals and nature. Everyday I am very luck to meet many fantastic clients and their beautiful dogs. I particularly enjoy building a strong trust for my business and strive to offer the very best client service always. I feel blessed to know that I have made your dogs day an even happier one by offering companionship and routine when required.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am a real animal and the great outdoors kind of guy. Which is why it seemed only natural to set up Leads & Laces. I have two very social canine friends at home, so I know how heart breaking it is to leave your beloved pooch home alone for long periods of time during the day. My grandfather had also been unable to walk his Labrador recently due to a leg operation, as a result he was no longer able to walk him. I decided that I simply could not watch from the wings so I got to work creating my business which helps towards ensuring everyday is a happy day for our pooches!

Why should our clients choose you?

Here at Leads & Laces, we are dedicated to dog wellbeing. Every dog gets their very own care plan, which covers every aspect of your dogs care. You will also have to opportunity to claim your FREE trial walk with us to initially ask us any questions, allow your dog/s to meet us in person and go over your requirements. We also offer a loyalty Reward Scheme, a monthly package with no contract, full insurance, private land for daycare, online profile and bookings, updates during your dogs day, DBS checks, action videos if you would like to see your dog on his/her walk and much much more!

We are a very friendly team! Say hello today, we love to have a natter.

The price of hiring a dog walker will depend on the area of the UK in which you live, with prices typically higher in the South of England and particularly in London. The cost of hiring a dog walker will often be lower in the North of England and in Scotland and Wales.

The most important thing when you’re hiring a dog walker is that both you and your dog trust them. You should also ensure that your dog walker has public liability insurance that covers them in case of damage, accident or loss. The best way to find a reliable and trustworthy dog walker is by reading reviews of previous clients. When you hire a dog walker through Bark, you can browse the profiles of dog walkers in your local area and read honest reviews from genuine customers.

It is recommended that a dog walker should walk a maximum of four dogs at a time, to enable them to maintain good control of each dog. Most dog walkers will give you the option of having your dog walked alone or with other dogs. Walking with other dogs will help your dog to develop valuable social skills. However, if your dog is reactive, you may prefer for them to be walked alone.
