We are also in our seventeenth year at Moors Valley Country Park offering a wide variety of menus to the many thousands of visitors through out the year. Our website offers a comprehensive range of choices but ultimately it is YOU who will decide what the final menu will look like. As well as being preferred wedding caterers at venues such as Sopley Mill we also do a lot of work with local businesses such as Breeze Motors in Poole. What’s your signature dish?

Hi my name is Richard the chef at Signature Catering. I have been involved with food all of my life. I love to cook Eastern Mediterranean flavours which I love to create and adapt traditional British and American dishes in a fusion of these cuisines.
Hi my name is Ian and I am a chef and keen fisherman so I love what the coast of Dorset has to offer. Line caught mackerel, Bass and Black bream with the odd visit to Bridport for some hand dived Scallops.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

When meeting our clients for the first time we listen to their ideas, vision and expectations for the event, be it for a wedding or showcasing a corporate event.
We will share ideas and partner those ideas with ingredients that are in season when appropriate.
Being lovers of food we can be creative although sometimes it is just as effective to keep things tastefully simple.
Our unique selling point which many of our customers comment on is the fact we are very friendly, flexible and trustworthy.

What do you love most about your job?

PEOPLE, and looking for ways to deliver more than what is expected. Exceeding expectation. Many companies offer great service but we want our customers for life and for that we know we must love what we do and offer true hospitality each and every time.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My business partner and I met whilst employed as managers at Pizza Hut and with his pure passion for food and its presentation and I with my love for people started out own business and have never looked back.
