Darren was very knowledgeable and concise and I was impressed with his expertise and presentation. He worked tirelessly and we were very happy and pleased with the quality of his work. He was organized and did deliver in the time promised. He was on time, as he had communicated with us. He was friendly, polite. He communicated with us frequently. I would say he was an excellent communicator. Even one of my neighbours commented on how pleasant, friendly and courteous he was. Her words exactly! "What a nice young man" I know he probably doesn't get points for kindness, but he is quite a kind man.
